Brett King



Brett has led major business performance transformations and re-engineered business processes. His work has significantly impacted the bottom line in a host of industries including manufacturing, finance, sales and both the public and private sectors.


His recent work includes:

  • Leading a middle office transformation program of a global finance company. This included changes in the organisation’s operating model and process re-engineering. The outcome was an enhanced customer experience and sustainable cost savings.

  • Leading a transformation within a global finance company. This included the re-design of the company’s operating model and increasing capability within the sales and support unit to deliver better service and an increase in revenue. 

  • Leading the organisational change leadership stream for a large regional city council to deploy a new Enterprise Resource Planning system. This included supporting the re-engineering processes to deliver sustainable cost savings.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt;

  • Prosci Change Leader;

Dawn Barrett



Dawn has over 20 years’ experience leading major change initiatives including operating model, process and system change. She’s passionate about driving change that delivers significant improvements to customer experience, business performance and revenue growth.


Recent projects include:

  • Leading the transformation of a frontline corporate banking team (500+) through simplification of core processes, clarification of roles and elimination of waste resulting in an additional 20% capacity.

  • Leading a middle office change initiative to simplify and standardise processes. This helped deliver a reduction in turnaround time, improved customer experience and reduced back office costs.

  • Building and deploying problem solving methods to create a sustained continuous improvement culture across more than 3,000 frontline staff.

  • Developing and deploying metricated incentive arrangements to a frontline salesforce to drive a significant lift in performance 



  • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt;

  • Masters in Business Administration; and

  • Bachelor of Science.
